As our head bartender, you are the creative genius of our bar. You dream up a cocktail menu that lets guests experience something new. So yeah, you know and love your classics. But even more, you’re constantly exploring new flavours and techniques, creating innovative signature drinks. You make sure the bar runs smoothly every single day while slinging some drinks yourself. You’re in charge of training the other bartenders within the team and taking care of stock.

As our leader of the pack, you’ve got a strong (inter)national network in the drinks industry. You’ve got the ambition to put our bar on the map, both with great drinks and service as well as by participating in – and preferably winning – cocktail competitions.

At NEXT, we want bartenders that add some ‘oompf ’ to service. We’re looking for unique personalities that mix social skills with bartending skills like it’s a perfectly balanced drink.
