Who we are? We are the team that started Pllek in Amsterdam Noord in 2012 when there was absolutely nothing on the NDSM wharf. Ten years later, Noord gained not only countless creative restaurants and oat milk slurping Noorders, we also opened three businesses there: Pllek, NEXT and Carroll’s. All three were created from a great ambition to connect people from all walks of earth.
