As our Pastry Chef, you are in charge of all things sweet on our menu. Guided by Signature Chef Jaimie van Heije and Head Chef Vilmos Dohnal, you get to cook inventive and seasonal dishes. In our kitchen, you’ll find the most flavourful ingredients of the season for you to turn into bold and bright dishes. You’ll get the chance to give some input on the menu and help develop new flavours along the way. And you’re not just a sweet talker. While our Pastry Chef focuses on desserts, they also know their savoury as they will support in creating the other courses on our menu as well.
