As our Sous Chef, you’ll be the right-hand man (m/v/x) of our signature chef Jaimie van Heije and Head Chef Vilmos Dohnal. As a team, you create a menu of inventive and seasonal dishes. You’re in charge of the day-to-day, making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is always a home run.  From our open kitchen, you get to connect with our guests while smashing out tasty dishes. You lead the team during the shifts. It’s what motivates you to keep doing better every single time. You’re a leader by example.
